Digital transformation diagnosis
Overview
As a support tool in the digitization process, the diagnosis is used to assess the current digital maturity level of the company based on the analysis of different dimensions (business and market strategy; products and services; processes; organization and people and infrastructure) and to define an individualized digital transformation strategy..
The methodology used not only focuses on all perspectives of digital transformation, from the point of view of company culture to the level of enabling technologies; it also emphasizes the analysis of the actual situation of the company in terms of production optimization and training needs.
The objective of the diagnosis is to determine the potential for technological improvement and define a customized Digital Transformation Plan (DTP) that allows the organization to advance in digitization at the organizational and production level in an efficient and sustainable way.
This service is provided in partnership with experts in the filed of innovation and 4.0 technologies.
