Queue management
Overview
When planning production, we are faced with the challenge of guaranteeing deadlines, with adequate capacity and optimal process efficiency. Queue Management is a tool that allows us to know at all times and in advance if our installed capacity guarantees 100% service level with the deadlines agreed in the order backlog.
The aim is to visualise the workload of our order book every day and to analyse trends in order to adjust capacity to exactly what is needed
