As a support tool in the digitization process, the diagnosis is used to assess the current digital maturity level of the company<\/strong> based on the analysis of different dimensions (business and market strategy; products and services; processes; organization and people and infrastructure) and to define an individualized digital transformation strategy.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
