Overview <\/span><\/h3>\n

Implementation of a participative, measurable and auditable operational management system.<\/strong> Short Interval Management (SIM) <\/span>is a visual operational management approach<\/strong> <\/span>related to Lean Management that focuses on continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

SIM consists of <\/span>a cycle of periodic on-site meetings<\/strong> <\/span>scheduled at short time intervals (shift, day, week, etc.) in which people from different areas meet to monitor KPIs and coordinate and follow up improvement action plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective of this managerial system <\/span>is to align the entire organisation with its goals and optimise resources<\/strong> <\/span>by focusing on waste removal. SIM is a simple and effective method <\/span>to sustain continuous improvement<\/strong> <\/span>with people\u2019s active involvement.<\/p>\n
