ALEANMENTARIA, applying Lean to the agrifood sector

First business simulation game in Europe based on the implementation of Lean to the agrifood sector.

Characteristics and objectives

The exercise puts into practice the deployment of the phases of the Lean system which has been adapted to the characteristics of the agrifood sector. The game consists of four rounds or stages and simulates a typical agrifood production process: a manual bottling process.

The aim of the game is for the participants to practice the main Lean concepts and understand how to reduce all waste produced in the processes, improve their efficiency and thus reduce costs.
